Our split unit (installed by another company & out of warranty) broke down on the coldest day of the year. South Sky were recommended to us by a friend, so I emailed them looking for help. Krystian was at our house doing an inspection less than 48 hours later. We needed some fairly major parts replaced, but these guys talked us through all of the options and gave us a fair price. We picked what we wanted, Krystian ordered the parts and 3 days later everything had been installed. The temperature indoors is now perfect and the air smells fantastic!
